Marcus is a specialist in data projects supporting new proposition development, B2B content marketing for sales lead generation and customer experience innovation. He works in financial services, housing, energy, payments, contact centres, retail and technology.
Before setting up Davies Hickman, Marcus was Managing Director of The Henley Centre (now The Futures Company and part of WPP). He is joint author of The Big Switch: How Customer Service is becoming Smart. firstname.lastname@example.org
Jo is expert in proposition development, B2B content marketing and customer experience strategy. She directs projects combining qualitative and quantitative research with data analysis techniques. She is qualified in psychometrics and accounting and lectured at Cranfield School of Management.
Currently she is a BSI Customer Service Committee member and ISO Contact Centre UK delegate.
